Due to liability reasons, we do not remove seats that are bolted in or have electrical connections. We may remove snap-in seat cushions for convenience and access, as long as it can be done without risk of damage. Rest assured that our detailing process is designed to effectively clean dirt and debris within the vehicle, even without removing seats.

That's a fair question. We charge for excess trash/junk removal primarily due to the additional time, effort, and cost required for its removal and disposal. Handling a large amount of trash/junk involves extra labor and resources, including transportation to the landfill. By charging for this service, we ensure that we can cover the costs associated with proper disposal and maintain the efficiency of our operations.

Our details include disposal of approximately 5 gallons of waste free of charge. If the amount of trash/junk exceeds this threshold or if its removal requires an excessive amount of time and effort, we may need to apply our Excessive Trash/Junk Removal fee to cover the additional resources and labor involved.

To avoid this charge, we recommend disposing of large amounts of trash and waste in your car before we begin your detail. Of course, if you are unable to, or just don’t want to dispose of it yourself, we have no problem doing it for you.

We charge for excess animal hair removal primarily due to the additional time and effort required for its removal. Pet hair tends to become deeply interlocked within the fibers of your vehicle's upholstery, making it challenging to remove with standard cleaning methods. We use specialized tools and techniques to ensure thorough removal, which necessitates additional resources and labor.

If the interior carpet is covered primarily in hair, or if its removal requires our multiple passes before it will come clean, we may need to apply our Excessive Animal Hair Removal fee to cover the additional resources and labor involved.

In most cases, we can remove almost all of the animal hair from your vehicle's interior. However, there may be instances where we cannot access or fully see certain areas, leading to some fur remaining. Additionally, some vehicles have carpet material that can make it very challenging to completely remove all hairs.

Also cleaning biological contaminates comes with inherent health risks and can require specific protective equipment and specific cleaning and handling procedures, as well as proper disposal, all of which necessitates additional resources and labor.

In addition, our process may involve using steam to further clean and disinfect the area.

Due to liability reasons, we do not remove interior panels, carpets or seats to clean rodent droppings. We may remove snap-in seat cushions for convenience and access, as long as it can be done without risk of damage. If you suspect that you have rodent droppings inside your car’s interior panels or HVAC, we recommend you have it cleared out before getting your interior detailed.
