Terms of Service

By booking or receiving services from Lamb Auto Detailing (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“you,” “your,” “customer,” or “client”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to protect both our business and your expectations.

1. Appointments & Scheduling

All services are by appointment only to ensure every vehicle receives the time and attention it deserves.
Arrival and completion times are estimates and may vary depending on the vehicle’s condition.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances or safety concerns such as weather, emergencies, or equipment issues, etc.
Clients are expected to arrive on time. If you believe you are going to be late for your appointment, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible.
Late arrivals may result in cancellation or rescheduling.

2. Cancellations & No Shows

Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours may be charged a cancellation/rescheduling fee of 10% of the scheduled service price or result in loss of deposit.
Repeated cancellations may require a 50% non-refundable retainer to rebook.
A “no-show” is defined as failing to appear for a scheduled appointment without providing any notice.

  • First Occurrence: The deposit will be retained but issued as a store credit or gift card, redeemable for future services.

  • Subsequent Occurrences: The deposit will be forfeited in full, and no credit or refund will be provided.

  • Repeated no-shows may result in the refusal of future service.

3. Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your final total.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise arranged in writing.
Accepted payment methods include cash, card, or electronic payment.
Unpaid invoices may incur a 10% late fee per day until paid in full.
Vehicles will not be released until full payment has been received.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Please remove all personal belongings, valuables, firearms, and car seats before your appointment.
We are not responsible for loss or damage to items left inside the vehicle.
Customers must disclose any known pre-existing damage, sensitive materials, aftermarket modifications, or mechanical/electrical concerns prior to service.
Lamb Auto Detailing will not be liable for accidents or injuries resulting from entering the active work zone.

5. Illicit Drugs & Drug Paraphernalia

Remove all Illegal substances before your appointment.
Discovery of illicit drugs or dangerous paraphernalia will result in immediate cancellation of the detail and result in the following:

  • Any Deposits will be forfeited, and no credit or refund will be provided.

  • Refusal of any future service; We will not work with you.

  • This is a Zero Tolerance policy.

6. Vehicle Condition & Additional Charges

Service pricing is based on the described condition of the vehicle. If, upon inspection, the condition is significantly worse than stated, the price may be adjusted before work continues.
Heavily soiled vehicles, or those with excessive pet hair, stains, or contamination, may incur an additional surcharge.
Some stains, odors, or defects (including pet hair, chemical etching, or oxidation) may not be completely removable despite best efforts.

7. Service Limitations & Disclaimers

We make every effort to provide exceptional results, but due to varying materials and conditions:

  • Complete stain or odor removal cannot be guaranteed.

  • Headliners and other delicate surfaces will be cleaned gently, but full stain removal may risk damage or sagging.

  • Trim restoration, paint correction, or oxidation removal may not fully restore surfaces to original condition.

Lamb Auto Detailing is not responsible for mechanical or electrical issues that arise during or after cleaning, including problems involving power seats, windows, locks, sensors, or sunroofs.
We are also not liable for discharged batteries caused by lights or accessories left active during or after detailing.
All services are performed at the customer’s risk.

8. Service Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you have any concerns about your service, please contact us within 24 hours of completion.
We will inspect the issue and, if warranted, correct the affected area at no additional charge.
Performing additional cleaning, modifications, or repairs without our authorization voids our service guarantee.
Once the vehicle has left our possession, the service is considered complete and satisfactory unless concerns are raised immediately.

9. Liability

Lamb Auto Detailing is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage or deterioration,

  • Electrical or mechanical failures unrelated to our work,

  • Defects in aftermarket coatings, wraps, or prior detailing work.

In the event of proven negligence, our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service performed.

10. Photos, Marketing & Media

We may take before-and-after photos of vehicles for documentation, training, or marketing purposes.
No personal information or identifying details will be visible in any shared media.
Efforts are made to avoid displaying license plates; however, incidental inclusion may occur.

11. Gift Certificates & Promotions

Gift certificates are valid for one use per vehicle and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
Gift certificates reflect the value of services at the time of purchase.
Prices for services may change due to inflation, seasonality, or other factors.
Unused gift certificates expire six (6) months after purchase and are non-refundable.

12. Refusal of Service

Lamb Auto Detailing reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

  • The environment is unsafe or unsuitable for detailing,

  • The customer is acting unreasonably or in violation of this agreement, or

  • There is any form of verbal or physical abuse toward our staff.

13. Changes to Terms

Lamb Auto Detailing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
The most recent version will always be posted on our website and supersedes all previous versions.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, and any disputes will be handled under its jurisdiction.

15. Acknowledgment

By booking an appointment or submitting a request for service, you confirm that you have read and agree to Lamb Auto Detailing’s Terms and Conditions.
